you, your = The person who signs this contract, the client of the services or products of CW. Extends to Shareholders, companies, owners, etc.

Data:

CW is not responsible for your data. By signing below you are confirming that if any data loss occurs on your computer, you can provide CW with a backup that can be restored on the computer. If you do not have a backup and wish CW to create one please ask for the cost. In no way can you hold CW liable for any costs associated with data loss, creation, maintenance or recovery.

Disclaimer of warranties – As is

The only warranties applying to merchandise are those that may be offered by the manufacturer of the product.

Loss:

You shall not be entitled to recover from CW any consequential damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of income, or any other incidental damages, resulting from the services or products provided by Computer Wizard.

Estimates:

General Excise Tax of 4.166% not added. Costs may be higher than quoted because of incompatibility issues, or because other problems exit prior to CW starting work, or failure of some components.

Return Policy

All products purchased by you carry the vendor or manufacturer’s return and exchange terms, it is your responsibility to make the returns and exchanges. If you prefer CW can purchase products for you, in case of returns and exchanges you will be charged at our regular hourly rate. Subject to the vendors or manufacturer’s return and exchange policy.

Missed appointment policy

If you do not cancel the scheduled appointment 24h ahead of time you will be charge 1hour of consulting time.

Prices:

Non canceled appointments $65.

Late fee 1% per month with a $20 processing fee per statement. Non Sufficient Funds (NFS) checks $35

30 day:

Not responsible for theft of equipment left for more than 30 days in shop. Balance on bill will still be owed.
